Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders above a certain order price.
Tracking: You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp or email, or SMS once the order is shipped.
Delivery Timeline: Orders are generally delivered within 2-7 Days, depending on the delivery Pincode and shipping partners.
At the time of order delivery, if you think you have received the product in a poor condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please deny the delivery and do not accept the order. Also, contact our support team mentioning your order ID, and we will ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery: If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
When do I have to self-ship the product to ATM Textile?
Though a specific courier may deliver products to your address, they may not have the service for a reverse pickup facility. In such cases, you will have to ship the product back to us. Connect with our support team, and we will share the address for return.
